Our Mission

The Triston Brookes Hands Up Organization is a non-profit charity supporting youth and individuals facing mental health challenges, insecurity, and bullying. Our Mission is to empower through boxing and fitness, creating a safe, supportive environment for personal growth and self-esteem building. We offer programs consisting of physical fitness, mentorship by successful athletes and artists sharing triumphs over adversity. Our goals are to inspire determination, consistency, and goal-setting for personal success.

What We've Achieved

  • Giving youth access to physical fitness programs.

  • Providing mentorship through education, leadership, and community athletes and artist’s personal guidance.

  • Instilling values through education regarding fitness, health and wellness, and productive reactions to bullying or stressful life situations.

  • Channeling positive energy and allowing our youth who are struggling with mental health challenges or circumstances such as ADHD to achieve great things and strive for success.

  • Teaching today’s youth about resilience and setting them up for success with life skills programs.

  • Helping them understand their mental health struggles and how to go about navigating that through daily life.

  • Engaging and establishing participation in these programs for our Indigenous youth and women.

  • Community outreach to give back to schools, gyms, and other participants to establish programs and events that can be accessed and beneficial to the community as a whole.
